    Simply, we keep people safe.


    Our equipment includes a fully mobile and adaptable medical team capable of providing clinical care in any environment at any location. Our crews are experienced clinicians with specialist skills in oceans, deserts, mountains, jungle, space, flight and conflict.

     

    We crave adventure and we thrive in the unknown so if you can imagine it, we can provide health, risk and medical solutions for it.

  • Remote Film and TV

    We can provide professional 24-hour medical cover to both large and small production teams in remote areas. Our team members integrate into any environment seamlessly with different levels of support tailored to each client's needs. Our experience working in the humanitarian sector, expedition industry and defence forces means we understand the unique demands of filming in both controlled and hostile environments.

    Research Expeditions

    We work with research teams to plan and facilitate expedition teams working in, and exploring remote and extreme environments for research, film, or educational purposes.
     
    Our experience on research expeditions means we can provide logistical and administrative support that can include expedition planning, risk management, accommodation, food, transport and local in-country agents.

    COVID

    Our holistic approach to healthcare integrates COVID-specific strategies that include pre-departure COVID screening, COVID-specific risk mitigation strategies, emergency exposure plans, and on-location contact tracing.

  • Health and Wellbeing Risk

    Whilst industry guidelines exist to support remote film crews, we can deliver a comprehensive and detailed risk assessment plan to ensure your duty of care to all cast and crew on-location is managed appropriately in the context of your filming location (environment dependent).

     

    We can manage specific COVID hazards to ensure you maximise the opportunity to achieve your filming or research aims.

    Health Care Guidelines

    The detailed COVID-specific risk assessments we develop will require the provision of some simple guidelines that will act as on-location control measures to ensure we reduce the risk of exposure, and/or manage potential exposures. These guidelines will likely incorporate the following templates:

    • Pre-shoot heath and medical declarations (COVID screening)
    • Infection Control Guidelines – (includes health risk assessments)
    • Emergency Exposure Plans (on-location)
    • Use of PPE (and training if required)
